  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • nuts - 1/2 c
  • nutmeg optional - 1 tsp
  • cinnamon optional - 1 tsp
  • eggs room temperature - 2 item
  • bananas, ripe and mashed - 3 item

How to make banana nut bread:

Mix all ingredients and bake at 300° for a little over an hour.
