Banana nut bread
Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- sugar - 1 c
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- bananas, mashed - 3 item
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
How to make banana nut bread:
Cream sugar and vegetable oil. Add eggs and bananas; beat well. Sift dry ingredients. Add to first mixture with milk and vanilla. Beat well. Stir in chopped nuts. Bake in 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
