Banana mousse
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- heavy cream - 1/2 pt
- egg white - 1 item
- ripe banana, mashed - 1 item
- fresh lemon juice - 2 3
- fresh orange juice - 6 8
How to make banana mousse:
Combine mashed banana, juices and sugar. Mix well. With an electric mixer, beat egg white until stiff. Beat heavy cream until stiff and peaked. Fold egg white into whipped cream. Add banana mixture to cream mixture, blending well. Pour into a freezer tray or 5-cup freezer containers or mold. Cover; freeze 6 hours.
