Ingredients/Components

• pistachio instant pudding
• small container Cool Whip - 1 item
• cottage cheese - 1/2 lb
• container sour cream - 1 (16
• small marshmallows multicolored preferred

How to make pistachio salad:

Mix Cool Whip, cottage cheese, sour cream, instant pudding and then add pineapple, nuts and marshmallows. Place in mold and chill. Serves 8.
