- mini chocolate chips - 3/4 c

How to make banana fudge pie:
Prepare one pie crust according to package directions for filled one crust pie. Heat oven to 350°.In heavy gauge saucepan, melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips over low heat; remove from heat. Stir in 1 cup whipped topping, eggs and sugar; mix well. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350° for 28 to 32 minutes or until the crust is lightly browned. Cool 10 minutes. Chill 1 hour.
Layer bananas and remaining whipped topping over baked layer. Top with remaining chocolate chips. Garnish with banana slices, if desired. Keep refrigerated. Makes 8 servings.
