  • buttermilk - 2/3 c
  • baking powder
  • baking soda
  • powdered sugar - 2 c
  • mashed bananas
  • margarine - 2/3 c
  • Raisin Bran cereal - 2 c

How to make banana crunch cake:

Frosting:1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1/3 c. margarine2 c. powdered sugar1 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. vanilla Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour pan. Cream the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and bananas. Combine dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture with buttermilk, mixing well after each addition. Pour into pan. Bake 30 minutes. Cool completely.

For frosting, beat cream cheese and margarine until smooth. Add powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Frost cooled cake.
