Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/3 c
- sugar
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- butter - 2/3 c
- buttermilk - 2/3 c
- baking powder
- baking soda
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- Raisin Bran cereal - 2 c
- 1/4 mashed banana - 1 item
- Blend in eggs and banana
How to make banana crunch cake:
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Blend in eggs and banana. Combine dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture with buttermilk. Pour in pan and bake at 350° until brown.Frosting:1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened1/3 c. butter, softened2 c. powdered sugar1 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. vanilla Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
