  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • butter - 2/3 c
  • buttermilk - 2/3 c
  • baking powder
  • baking soda
  • powdered sugar - 2 c
  • Raisin Bran cereal - 2 c
  • 1/4 mashed banana - 1 item
  • Blend in eggs and banana

How to make banana crunch cake:

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Blend in eggs and banana. Combine dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture with buttermilk. Pour in pan and bake at 350° until brown.Frosting:1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened1/3 c. butter, softened2 c. powdered sugar1 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. vanilla Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar, milk and vanilla; beat until smooth. Frost cooled cake.
