  • eggs - 4 item
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • rolled oats - 1 c
  • oleo, melted - 5 Tbsp
  • yellow cake mix with pudding - 1 pkg
  • Pillsbury coconut or almond frosting mix - 1 pkg
  • to 3 large ripe bananas, sliced thin - 2 item

How to make banana crunch cake:

Blend eggs, sour cream, bananas and yellow cake mix for 2 minutes. In a separate bowl, mix oleo, frosting and rolled oats together for the filling.

Pour 1/3 of the batter into a 10-inch greased and floured tube pan. Sprinkle on 1/3 of the filling. Alternate this procedure, ending up with filling mixture on top.

Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool 15 minutes in pan. Freezes well.
