- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 2 Tbsp

- oil - 3/4 c
- nuts, chopped - 1 c
- oleo, melted - 1 Tbsp
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- apples, chopped - 2 c
- Combine cake mix, oil, sugar, eggs and sour cream
How to make apple crumb coffee cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine cake mix, oil, sugar, eggs and sour cream. Mix well 2 minutes. Fold in apples. Pour 1/2 of the batter into a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed well with nonstick spray. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Sprinkle half over the batter; swirl. Add rest of cake mixture, then sprinkle the brown sugar mixture on top; swirl again. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick stuck in middle of cake comes out clean.Topping:1 c. powdered sugar2 Tbsp. milk1/2 tsp. vanilla1 Tbsp. oleo, melted Combine above ingredients.
