Ingredients/Components

• flour
• baking soda - 1/2 tsp
• light brown sugar firmly packed - 1 c
• white sugar - 1/2 c
• salted butter, softened - 1 c
• large egg - 1 item
• vanilla extract - 1 tsp
• mashed ripe banana - 3/4 c
• 12 oz - 2 c
• oats - 1/2 c
• chopped walnuts - 1 c

How to make banana chocolate chip cookies:

Preheat oven to 300°. Mix flour and soda together and set aside. In a large bowl with an electric mixer blend sugars and butter at medium speed, scraping down sides of bowl. Add egg, vanilla and banana; beat at medium speed until smooth. Add flour
