Banana chocolate chip bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 4 Tbsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- bag semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1 (6
- soft butter 1 stick - 1/4 lb
- flour, sifted 3 times and set aside
- mashed bananas about 2 medium - 1 c
How to make banana chocolate chip bread:
Mix together soda and sour cream and set aside. Cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour and sour cream mixture alternately to butter mixture. Stir in bananas and chocolate chips. Add vanilla and salt. Place in a greased and floured loaf pan and bake at 350° for about 40 to 45 minutes. Use cake tester.You can use 3 little loaf pans (6 x 3 1/2-inch). If small, test at 35 minutes.
