Banana cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• vanilla
• sour cream - 1 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 item
• flour - 2 c
• baking powder
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• bag chocolate chips - 1 (6
• oleo - 1/2 c
• eggs, well beaten - 2 item
• mashed bananas very ripe - 2 item

How to make banana cake:

Flour nuts and chips before putting in batter. Mix all ingredients very well, especially bananas. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Grease only bottom of 8 x 8-inch pan. Double recipe for 13 x 9-inch pan.
