  • sugar
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • butter - 3/4 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • mashed bananas - 1 c
  • sour milk - 1/4 c

How to make banana cake:

Cream butter. Add sugar slowly. Beat eggs; blend into this. Add milk, baking soda and flour. Next, add vanilla, nuts and bananas. Bake in 2 layers. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Fudge icing goes great with this.
