Baked spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/4 c
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- 8 oz - 2 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped green pepper - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
- spaghetti, cooked and drained - 12 oz
- dried oregano - 2 tsp
- ground beef, browned and drained - 1 lb
- can mushroom stems and pieces, drained - 1 oz
- can sliced ripe olives, drained - 1 1/4
- can tomatoes with liquid, cut up - 1 oz
How to make baked spaghetti:
In skillet, saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and oregano. Add ground beef. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Place half of spaghetti in greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Top with half of the vegetable mRecipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Spaghetti.
