Baked spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- milk - 1/4 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- jar spaghetti sauce - 1 oz
- can French fried onions - 1 item
- cooked spaghetti - 6 oz
- garlic powder and oregano to taste - 1 item
How to make baked spaghetti:
Brown hamburger. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano to your taste. Add spaghetti sauce. Combine 1/2 of mixture to cooked spaghetti.Saute in butter, green pepper and onions. Add cream cheese and milk. Blend.
In a 9 x 13-inch baking dash, place spaghetti mixture. Top with cheese mixture. Pour remaining meat mixture on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Top with French fried onions. Bake 5 minutes more. Serves 6 to 8.
