Baked seafood casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- minced onion - 1/4 c
- finely chopped celery
- crushed potato chips - 2 c
- cooked and deveined shrimp - 1 lb
- crabmeat and lobster meat, combined - 1 lb
How to make baked seafood casserole:
Mix all ingredients together as making a seafood salad. Fill baking pan and cover with crushed chips. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 12.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
