Ingredients/Components
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- parsley - 1/2 tsp
- scallops - 1 lb
- Ritz crackers any brand is fine - 12 item
How to make baked scallops:
Rinse scallops; put in a glass baking dish. Crush crackers in a bag. Add parsley and pepper. Sprinkle over scallops. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Scallops.
