Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- sherry wine - 1 oz
- sea scallops - 12 oz
- fresh bread crumbs - 1 c
How to make baked scallops:
Butter the inside bottom of casserole dish. Add scallops, then pour wine over scallops. Pour half the butter over them. Cover with bread crumbs, then cover crumbs with remaining butter. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Scallops.
