Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 3 Tbsp
- Ritz cracker crumbs - 1 c
- large pork chops - 6 item
How to make baked pork chops:
Place butter in shallow baking dish. Melt in oven. Combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper; set aside. Blend egg and milk in a shallow bowl. Coat chops in crumb mixture; dip in egg mixture and again in crumb mix. Place in dish with melted margarine. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Carefully turn chops and bake an additional 30 minutes or until done. Do not overbake and dry out pork chops.Recipe categories: Meat, Pork chop, Pork.
