- pkg - 2 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- ketchup - 1/4 c
- chopped onion 1 small - 1/2 c
How to make baked lima beans:
Cook beans in boiling salted water until tender; drain. Meanwhile, cook onion in butter until soft. Stir in remaining ingredients and blend. Stir in lima beans. Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole; bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Beans, Amish/mennonite.
