Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- can sliced peaches - 1 item
- can pears - 1 item
- can apricots - 1 item
- can apple rings - 1 item
- Sauce:1 stick oleo
- can sliced pineapple or pineapple chunks - 1 item
- cooking sherry or your favorite fruit juice - 1 c
How to make baked fruit:
Sauce:1 stick oleo1/2 c. brown sugar1 c. cooking sherry or your favorite fruit juice2 Tbsp. flour Drain fruit and place in casserole dish. Make sauce with oleo, brown sugar, cooking sherry or juice and flour. Cook until smooth and pour over the fruit. Refrigerate overnight.
