Hot fruit salad



  • sugar - 1 c
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • cornstarch - 4 Tbsp
  • can pineapple chunks - 1 oz
  • can sliced peaches - 1 oz
  • juice - 2 c
  • can pears - 1 oz
  • can apricots - 1 oz
  • jar apple rings - 1 item

How to make hot fruit salad:

Drain all fruit (except apple rings, which can be discarded) and save juice. Cook sugar, cornstarch, juice and margarine until thickened.

Layer fruit in baking dish and cover with sugar mixture. Cook at 250° for 30 minutes.

I divide and place in two dishes, cook one and freeze the other.
