Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 1 item
- tomato sauce - 1 item
- to 3 eggs - 2 item
- to 4 good size eggplant - 3 item
How to make baked eggplant:
Preheat oven to 350°. Slice eggplant thin. Mix egg with a little milk. Dip eggplant into egg mixture, then into bread crumbs. Fry both sides for approximately 3 minutes total. Then put into a greased casserole dish. Cover with sauce and top with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake 1/2 to 1 hour, just until heated through.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Main dish, Eggplant.
