Baked egg custard

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk

How to make baked egg custard:

Scald milk and cool slightly. Combine beaten eggs and sugar. Stir in vanilla. Pour in baking dish and bake at 350° for about 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
