Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- minced onion - 1/2 c
- chopped parsley - 1/3 c
- buttered bread crumbs - 1 item
- clams - 3 c
- medium white sauce - 1 1
- chopped mushrooms - 1/2 c
How to make baked clams:
Saute onion and mushrooms in butter until light brown; add clams. Cook for 5 minutes. Combine seasonings and white sauce; add clam mixture. Pour into greased casserole; sprinkle with crumbs. Bake in preheated 375° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Shellfish, Clams.
