  • milk - 1 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • boiling water
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • grits - 1 c
  • stick garlic cheese - 1 item

How to make grits casserole:

Combine grits, water and salt. Cook until grits are done. Add butter; stir until melted. Add cheese, and melt. Beat eggs in a teacup, and finish filling with milk. Add this mixture to grits. Pour mixture into buttered casserole. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
