Ingredients/Components
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- prepared horseradish - 1 tsp
- tomato juice
- carrots, chopped - 2 item
- envelope onion soup mix - 1/2 item
- medium potatoes, quartered - 4 item
- cubed stew beef
How to make baked beef stew:
Brown meat in oil; drain off fat. Add gravy, juice, soup and horseradish. Simmer 5 minutes. Place vegetables in casserole. Pour meat mixture over and bake at 350° for 1 3/4 hours. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Stew.
