Ingredients/Components
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- carrots - 3 item
- tomato juice - 1 c
- medium potatoes - 3 item
- envelope onion soup mix - 1/2 item
- beef stew
How to make baked beef stew:
Brown beef with oil in skillet. Add all ingredients, except carrots and potatoes and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes. Place carrots and potatoes in baking dish. Top with meat mixture. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Stew.
