Ingredients/Components

  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • basil - 2 Tbsp
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • medium tomato, seeded - 1 item
  • refrigerated biscuits - 1 can
  • slices bacon, crisply cooked - 8 item
  • swiss cheese - 3/4 c

How to make bacon tomato cups:

Preheat oven to 350°. Chop bacon, tomato, onion and grated cheese. Mix all ingredients except biscuits. Separate each biscuit into 3 thinner biscuits. Lay each biscuit over a mini muffin pan cup. Press biscuit into cup. Fill cups with bacon mixture and bake 10 - 12 minutes until golden brown. Yields 30.
