Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- basil - 2 Tbsp
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- medium tomato, seeded - 1 item
- refrigerated biscuits - 1 can
- slices bacon, crisply cooked - 8 item
- swiss cheese - 3/4 c
How to make bacon tomato cups:
Preheat oven to 350°. Chop bacon, tomato, onion and grated cheese. Mix all ingredients except biscuits. Separate each biscuit into 3 thinner biscuits. Lay each biscuit over a mini muffin pan cup. Press biscuit into cup. Fill cups with bacon mixture and bake 10 - 12 minutes until golden brown. Yields 30.Recipe categories: Time to make, Appetizers, < 30 mins.
