Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- large egg - 1 item
- cream cheese, softened - 6 oz
- bacon slices, cooked and crumbled - 8 item
- green onion, chopped - 1 item
- shredded swiss cheese - 1/2 c
- can refrigerated flaky biscuits - 1 oz
How to make bacon biscuit cups:
Beat first 3 ingredients at medium speed until blended. Stir in cheese and chopped onion. Separate biscuits into 10 portions. Pat each biscuit into a 5-inch circle and press into greased muffin cups, forming a 1/4 inch edge. Sprinkle with half of bacon, and spoon cream cheese mixture evenly on top. Bake at 375° for 22 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with remaining bacon, lightly pressing into filling. Remove from pan and serve warm.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Lunch/snacks, Cheese.
