Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- hot water - 2 qt
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 2 c
- celery, cut up - 2 c
- pinch of basil - 1 item
- carrots, cut up - 2 c
- cubes beef bouillon - 2 item
- potatoes, cut up - 2 c
- ground round beef - 1 1
- bay leaves, crushed - 2 item
- large can tomatoes or juice - 1 item
How to make autumn soup:
Brown ground beef. Add chopped onions and cook 5 minutes more. Drain. Add water, vegetables, salt, pepper, beef bouillon, bay leaves, basil and tomatoes. Cook until vegetables are tender.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Soups & stews, Fall.
