  • stick butter - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can water - 1 item
  • olive oil - 1/8 c
  • onion - 1 item
  • can cream - 1 item
  • can artichoke hearts - 1 item
  • oysters - 1 pt
  • bunch shallots - 1 item
  • grated Italian cheese to taste - 1 item

How to make artichoke soup:

Saute shallots and onion in butter and olive oil. Add mushroom soup, cream and water. Break artichoke hearts. Add juice. Chop oysters. Add juice, Italian cheese, salt and pepper. Simmer about 30 minutes and let stand another 30 minutes. Serve hot.
