Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can water - 1 item
- olive oil - 1/8 c
- onion - 1 item
- can cream - 1 item
- can artichoke hearts - 1 item
- oysters - 1 pt
- bunch shallots - 1 item
- grated Italian cheese to taste - 1 item
How to make artichoke soup:
Saute shallots and onion in butter and olive oil. Add mushroom soup, cream and water. Break artichoke hearts. Add juice. Chop oysters. Add juice, Italian cheese, salt and pepper.
