How to make aram sandwiches:
Hold lavash one at a time under cold running water until thoroughly moistened. Place between two dish towels and gently roll up. Set aside.*If you cannot locate lavash, substitute with fresh flour tortillas. Do not moisten or roll ahead of time.
Mix well (Cuisinart preferred) the cream cheese, chutney and curry powder. Open one lavash at time and spread with 1/2 cream cheese mixture. At one end, extending to about 1/3 of the lavash, layer 1/2 of the lettuce, turkey, cucumbers and tomatoes. Sprinkle liberally with salt and pepper between layers. Roll up tightly. Serve immediately or wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Keeps well for about 24 hours. To serve, slice the rounds with a serrated knife. For lunch, slice about 1/2 to 3/4-inch wide, smaller for an appetizer. (Try to roll very tightly for an appetizer.) Makes about 20 slices.
