Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- water - 2 Tbsp
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- finely chopped celery - 1 c
- carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
- broken pecans - 1 c
- boxes apricot jello - 2 item
How to make apricot salad:
Drain juice from pineapple and add water. Bring to boil and dissolve jello in the hot liquid. Add Philadelphia cream cheese, then add Cool Whip to the mixture. Add celery, pineapple and nuts. Refrigerate.Recipe categories: Fruit, Low sodium, Salads.
