Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- water - 1 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- chopped celery - 1 c
- carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
- boxes apricot Jell-O - 2 item
How to make apricot salad:
Heat to boiling the Jell-O, sugar, pineapple and water. Cool items. Soften cream cheese, Cool Whip (use whisk on these items), chopped celery and pecans. Fold into apricot mixture. Pour into 8 x 10-inch Pyrex dish and chill.Recipe categories: Fruit, Low sodium, Salads.
