- boiling water - 1 c
- nuts - 1/4 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 20 oz
- container Cool Whip - 1 (9
- pineapple juice - 1/2 c
How to make apricot salad:
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Drain pineapple, saving juice. Stir pineapple into Jell-O. Refrigerate until partly set.Cream the cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in juice. Beat until smooth. When Jell-O is partly set, mix in cream cheese and juice. Beat until mixed. Fold in Cool Whip and 1/4 cup nuts. Set until firm.
