Apricot nut bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- baking powder
- egg - 1 item
- salad oil - 3 Tbsp
- finely chopped nuts - 1 c
- orange juice - 3/4 c
- plus 1 tsp - 1 Tbsp
- finely cut up dried apricots - 1 c
How to make apricot nut bread:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Measure all ingredients into large mixer bowl. Beat on medium speed 1/2 minute. Pour into pan. Bake 55 to 65 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean. Remove from pan. Cool thoroughly.
