- eggs - 4 item
- confectioners sugar
- apricot nectar - 3/4 c
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- Wesson oil - 3/4 c
- lemon flavoring or 2 tsp - 3 tsp
- juice of 3 lemons*
How to make apricot nectar cake:
Frosting:1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar juice of 3 lemons* *Juice may be decreased to have a thicker frosting.Mix all cake ingredients together. Bake at 325° to 350° for 45 minutes. Completely cool before frosting.
