Apricot nectar cake

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 4 item
• confectioners sugar
• apricot nectar - 3/4 c
• box yellow cake mix - 1 item
• Wesson oil - 3/4 c
• lemon flavoring or 2 tsp - 3 tsp
• juice of 3 lemons*

How to make apricot nectar cake:

Frosting:1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar juice of 3 lemons* *Juice may be decreased to have a thicker frosting.

Mix all cake ingredients together. Bake at 325° to 350° for 45 minutes. Completely cool before frosting.
