- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- cooking oil - 3/4 c
- lemon extract - 1/2 tsp
- apricot nectar - 3/4 c
How to make apricot nectar cake:
Glaze:3 Tbsp. apricot nectar1 c. confectioners sugar1/2 tsp. lemon extract For cake, preheat oven to 325°. Spray a 10-inch tube pan with a release agent. In bowl or electric mixer, blend dry cake mix and gelatin. Add eggs, apricot nectar and oil. Beat 3 minutes. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour or until done.Mix glaze ingredients well and pour over the cake while it is still warm.
