Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
  • confectioners sugar
  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • nuts - 1 c
  • self-rising flour - 2 c
  • ground cloves - 1/2 tsp
  • Wesson oil - 1 c
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • small jars apricot baby food - 2 item

How to make apricot cake:

Glaze:1 c. confectioners sugar juice from 1 lemon Mix all ingredients together and mix on medium speed. Bake at 350° for 55 minutes.

Glaze: Mix confectioners sugar and lemon juice and apply with pastry brush while warm.
