  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • white sugar - 2 c
  • Crisco oil - 1 c
  • walnuts - 1 c
  • diced apples - 4 c

How to make apple walnut cake:

Mix eggs, oil and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and apples. (Batter will be stiff.) Pour into greased and floured (13 x 9-inch) pan. Add butterscotch pieces and pat down. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
