- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3/4 c
- flour
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- butter - 3/4 c
- baking powder
- egg - 1 item
- shortening - 1/3 c
- sliced apples - 3 c
How to make apple upside-down cake:
In greased 8-inch square cake pan, melt butter and mix in brown sugar and cinnamon. Put sliced apples in mixture and stir until apples are coated. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over apple mix.
