Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • sifted flour
  • unsweetened chocolate - 6 sq
  • margarine - 2/3 c
  • light Karo syrup - 2/3 c

How to make brownie mounds:

Mix margarine, sugar, syrup and eggs. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together. Stir into wet mixture. Stir in melted chocolate, vanilla and nuts. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
