Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 1/2 c
- cloves - 1/8 tsp
- chopped apples - 2 c
How to make apple pie cake:
In a 3-quart saucepan, melt margarine over medium heat. Remove from heat. Blend in sugar and egg. Add remaining ingredients and mix until blended. Turn into greased and floured 9 or 10-inch pie pan. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched.
