Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- oil - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pecans or other nuts - 1 c
- plain flour - 3 c
- sugar - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- chopped apples - 3 c
How to make apple pecan cake:
Mix sugar, eggs and oil. Add nuts and apples. Mix in flour, one cup at a time. Bake 45 minutes at 350° or until done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Apple.
