Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
  • egg, well beaten - 1 item
  • chopped apples - 1 c

How to make apple nut pudding:

Beat egg well. Add sugar and heat. Add rest of dry ingredients and apples, nuts and vanilla. Serve with Cool Whip, ice cream or other topping.
