Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- water - 2 Tbsp
- margarine or butter, softened - 2 Tbsp
- ground cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- medium tart cooking apples, pared and sliced - 2 item
How to make apple crisp:
Heat oven to 350°. Divide apple slices between two 10 ounce custard cups. Sprinkle water over apple slices. Mix flour, sugar, margarine and cinnamon with a fork until crumbly; sprinkle over apples. Bake uncovered until the topping is light golden brown and apples are tender, 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 2 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Apple, Cobblers and crisps.
