  • flour plain
  • sugar - 1 c
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped apples
  • large or 2 small eggs - 1 item
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp

How to make apple cake:

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour pan. Beat oil, sugar and eggs until smooth. Add flour, soda and vanilla. Fold in apples and nuts. Bake 45 minutes at 350° in Bundt cake pan.
