  • oil - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • diced apples - 4 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • soda - 2 tsp

How to make apple cake:

Combine first 4 ingredients. Sift together flour, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and soda. Add flour mixture to first 4 ingredients; mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 50 minutes at 350°.
