  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • nuts - 3/4 c
  • salad oil - 3/4 c
  • chopped apples - 3 c

How to make apple cake:

Combine oil, sugar and eggs; beat well. Mix dry ingredients. Add 1 cup of apples to oil mixture and beat. Add flour mixture. Fold in remaining apples, vanilla and nuts. Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes.
